The different pieces of the abstract kit. Download just what you need or want.
Main Abstract Kit (everybody needs this - in Adobe Acrobat format)
Abstract Application (everybody needs to submit this and the Abstract Submission Box Form when you are ready) - Now Closed
- Open the form in Acrobat Reader 7.0+ (see below to download free)
- Complete the form and click on the button to email it back to Dianne Reamy at USAFP Headquarters (you can also print a copy for yourself before you hit the submit button)
- Open and complete the abstract submission box form - your abstract must fit inside the box - the font is fixed at Times Roman 12, double spaced - again, hit the email button (top right) to automatically send it to Dianne Reamy - print a copy for yourself first
- Note: Unless you own the Full Adobe Acrobat, you cannot save the completed Acrobat form - print a copy for yourself first; the completed form is sent as an XML file - that is the correct format
