Thank you for interest in the upcoming seminar on Medical Simulation in the 21st Century. In order to understand your interests, learning needs, and to make this a valuable experience, we invite you to complete the following needs assessment.

This seminar will be an intense hands-on experience. You will have the opportunity to find out how you can use simulation in your medical environment to improve care. You will learn the basics of running a simulation, the skill of debriefing, and be afforded the opportunity to handle the latest simulation equipment. We need your enthusiastic participation now, and in the seminar. It will be fun, and at the end of it, we'll be asking for your feedback!
