 http://www.afterdeployment.org/  Addressing common post-deployment challenges such as stress, depression, and anger, the After Deployment website is an outstanding resource for patient education and information.  It provides self-assessment surveys, self-help workshops, and interactive exercises, such as relaxing the muscles and taking a “mental holiday.”  It also features video testimonials from Service members who have dealt with deployment-related issues.

 https://www.hnfs.net/res/tricare/beneficiary/common/pdf/-1361692856/KidsJournalfinal.pdf  A booklet for entitled "My Life, a Kid's Journal" for military children.  This journal is designed for a child whose parent or loved one is deployed.  The journal was developed as part of Health Net Federal Services' new kids initiative in an effort to provide additional resources to help children successfully navigate the unique challenges military families face, particularly deployment.
