brown
David Brown, LTC(P), MC, USA

Dr. Brown is pursuing his MBA at Pacific Lutheran University. A graduate of the Tripler Family Medicine residency, he has served as staff at Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Ft. Sill and DeWitt Army Community Hospital, Ft. Belvoir. After graduating from the Tri-Service Sports Medicine Fellowship, he joined the teaching staff at Madigan. He deployed twice in support of Operation Joint Forge with the 41st CSH and the 28th CSH and in support of OIF III as a battalion surgeon for the 1/25 SBCT. He and his wife, Linda, have three children.

Kevin Kelly, MAJ, MC, USA

Dr. Kelly is pursuing an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Madigan Army Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. He then served as the brigade support battalion surgeon for the 4/2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) at Fort Lewis for two years, including a 15 month tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He and his wife, Christina, have two dogs.

Mark Stackle, MAJ, MC, USA

Dr. Stackle is pursuing his MBA at Pacific Lutheran University. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Triple Army Medical Center, Hawaii, where he served as Chief Resident. He commanded the US Army Health Clinic Babenhausen, Germany from 2004-2006, and served with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 101st Airborne Infantry Division in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 2007-2008. Dr. Stackle is married to his wife, Melinda, and they have three children.

Erik Schweitzer, CDR, MC, USN

Dr. Schweitzer is pursuing his MPH at University of Washington. He completed Family Medicine Residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and served as a staff physician at Naval Medical Center San Diego and Naval Hospital Naples, Italy. He then joined the faculty of the Family Medicine Residency at Naval Hospital Bremerton, where he also served as the Department Chair. He has served as Battalion Surgeon with the Navy Seabees and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He and his wife, Jill, have four children, Kate, Cara, Zach and Will, and a dog, Gabe.

Tien Bui, MAJ, MC, USA

Dr. Tien Bui is pursuing an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Madigan Army Medical Center.  He then served as the squadron and regimental surgeon for the 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment in Vilseck, Germany and deployed 15 months in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is married to wife, Amy, and has a stepdaughter, Riley.  He loves to climb.

Jason Fergeson, CPT, MC, USA

Dr. Ferguson is pursuing his MBA at Pacific Lutheran University. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, where he served as Chief Resident. From 2008-2010 he served as the Brigade Surgeon for the 2nd Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Airborne Division, which included a rapid deployment to the earthquake stricken country of Haiti during Operation Unified Response.  He and his wife, Yvonne, have two daughters, Audrey and Madelyn.

Kris Sanchack, LCDR, MC, USN

Dr. Sanchack is pursuing his MHA at University of Washington. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Naval Hosptial Camp Pendleton, where he served as Chief Resident.  He continued at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton from 2005-2007 as faculty during which time he deployed to Al Taqaddum, Iraq with the 1st Marine Division, 1st Medical Battalion as part of a Shock Trauma Platoon in support of OIF. From 2007 -2010 he served as the Senior Medical Officer of Branch Health clinic Iwakuni, Japan.  Dr. Sanchack's family includes his wife Danielle, his daughter Makayla, and their ridiculously large golden retriever Trogdor.

Shawn Alderman, MAJ, MC, USA

Dr. Alderman is pursuing his MBA at Pacific Lutheran University. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Benning, GA where he also served as Chief Resident.  He then served as a Battalion Surgeon with 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) for four years and deployed in support of OEF-Philippines and OEF-Afghanistan.  He and his wife, Diane, have one child.
