Mission The mission of the Faculty Development Fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center is to develop physician-leaders and to stimulate the professional development of physicians throughout the military in the areas of leadership, teaching and research. Vision Our vision is to provide the highest quality faculty development resources for military physicians. We strive to develop a cadre of physicians with advanced training in leadership, education and research -- supporting academic efforts throughout the Army, Navy and Air Force.
