AFMIC Bulletin Board Information

The following information was downloaded from the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Bulletin Board System:

The AFMIC BBS has an 8-line telephone system. An 800 toll-free line is also available for anyone calling from within the 50 states. Other BBS phone numbers are unchanged. The order of preference for use of telephone lines is as follows:

First - DSN / Autovon 343-3625, or 2000, or 2009
Second - 800 1-800-325-0195
Third - Commercial 1-301-619-3625, or 2000, or 2009
SYSOP (for information) - Same DSN & Comm Prefixes 2686

The telephone lines starting with 3625 are set up to rollover to the next available line if they detect a busy signal, stopping at 3635. The 2000 line will rollover only to the 2009.

As a new user, your access is very limited. The only documents you will currently be able to see or download are strictly related to the operation of the AFMIC BBS. Before you can gain access to the actual files area your account must be validated.
