Online Submission Application: PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED / PRESENTED ABSTRACTS

USAFP accepts submissions based on results of a judging review process. The most highly rated submissions are accepted for presentation. Please note that it is your responsibility to clear all information contained within your abstract with your local public affairs office prior to submission.

Presentation format, either poster display presentation or podium presentation, is determined by the judging panel. If after review, your abstract is accepted to present at the USAFP Assembly Meeting, you will be notified by email of your required presentation format. No awards are given in the previously published/presented category

Please note that only the submission abstract is required for this category. No electronic poster or written paper is required if accepted to present at the Assembly.

Please note that all presenters will be expected to register for the conference. The USAFP does not provide transportation or lodging for presenters. It is expected that members who are presenting research will be responsible for funding themselves or will seek funding from their own department or command.

Upon submitting you will be alerted with a green notification box for a successful submission. The deadline for submissions is 2 October 2023 Noon EST. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that submission is received. You will be notified of the acceptance by e-mail NLT 15 November 2023.
